Elation USB DMX

We just purchased Compulive 1024 ex and it came with a usb dmx interface. 3 of our computers with diff. o/s did not detect the dongle. I can feel it warming. When the software starts, it says "no dmx interface detected." Is there a step to getting it to be detected? S/n is 4009100 has dmx in and out. thanks.

VICC, Welcome to the forums.
What are the os's that you tried? When installing the software did you install from a Disc or from the download on our website? Can you tell me the Version that is installed? The date that comes up on the splash screen when you first start the software? Please note that the drivers for the interface will not work on a 64 bit os.
