Error 1720 on install

Tried installing

* Onyx.exe - FAILED Error 1720
* Full V4.2.1045.0.SetupOnyx - FAILED e/Error 1720
*Onyx w/Full v4.2.1045.0.SetupOnyx on error - FAILED w/Error1720

Tried searching Microsoft for solution - nothing that works found.

Anyone have any solutions on how to get passed this error and complete the install of Onyx on a Windows 10 laptop.

UPDATE

Error repeatedly occurs when the installer is loading the "Default Show" then performs a rollback after Error is cancelled.
