Fader timers not working, fade is immediate

We have had CompuLive since 2010 and never had a fade time issues until a few months ago when the scenes started fading immediately, instead of by the time settings, which have not been changed. We share our system with another group, so I suspect that an option has been selected to make this change.

Any ideas for a resolution would be greatly appreciated.
