My Master page is indicating 362 DMX addresses on universe #1. How do I get it to show all 512 + universe #2?
I can, however, see all 512 addresses on both universes on the DMX "output" window.

Could you post a screen shot please? That will help me explain it or determine if it is a bug or a setting that may have accidently be turned on.

My lighting machine doesn't have internet, so here are a couple pics I took. One shows the Master page with 362 addresses, the other the output window. Let me know if you need something else... thanks
The 2nd universe won't appear in black like the first until there is something patched to universe 2. Also what model interface do you have? Some only support one universe. Unless there is something I am not understanding.

Ok, that makes sense that the 2nd universe won't show up until something is patched. I'm using the DMX input as a second output universe, btw.
However, I'm still unsure why all 512 addresses (universe 1) don't show on the master page. Plus, they don't show up on the analog programming page either.

I can't tell from the picture of the output window that you posted that all channels don't show. Could you do a screen grab place the pic on a thumb drive and then share that picture? Thanks.
