Hi all, just hung Fuze Profile (upside down position).....when in "home" position, the fixture is pointing up (more like a 45°) to the ceiling. How do I have it so it is pointing down as to not collect dust when power is off?

Hi, what DMX controller/console are you using? Most consoles set any moving heads to a default of pan and tilt at 50%/ dmx value 127 or 128.
I have an ETC ION XE... I know how to make the home positon different with the board, it is when the power to the fixture gets turned off....the light goes to the up position.
Hi, unfortunately this is gravity at work and since there’s a bit of weight in the fixture this is what it will always do…
