KL Fresnel 4 powered and fan on, but interface doesn't light up or light come on

We recently got a bunch of KL Fresnel lights in our school studio. Everything was working for the past year, but two of our KL Fresnel 4's aren't responding anymore. Power is getting to it (because the fan is running on high) but the interface on the units are not lighting up and isn't responding to our control board and lighting up. Any trouble shooting suggestions?

We will reach out for RMA with our Reseller. It is not a display fault. The fan is running at full speed like other fixtures do for 1 or 2 seconds when powered on. It seems like they won't boot up because they are stuck.

Same issue. Almost Every KL Fresnel 8 FC we have has been serviced because of the same issue. Is there a known fix besides getting lights serviced?
