I read the email from the other guy, said two ways to unlock a six part 200 IP elation white and neither one of those ways worked their way I can reset this I’ve got I think three they were giving me because they couldn’t get them to work

Hi, it should unlock if you press and hold the MODE button for 5 seconds.
