Magic 260 stopped panning

My Magic 260 all of a sudden stopped letting me adjust pan while programming. When it is on "Fine" it seems to work. When its not the numbers in both the pan and and fine pan menu just go crazy? Any suggestions.

does it do this with only one type of fixture because that could be a problem in the fixture profile else i think you need to reinstall the firmware. Contact technical support to do this
