Making gobos

Hi all,

I've just picked up some powerspot 575 and noticed 4 are missing the pearl hobo. That one with the spots in a circle. I managed to strip one of a unit not working but need three more before nye. I was wondering if I can use aluminum from a can.
I've managed to easily cut out the size needed and fitted it but was wondering if it would be to hot for the aluminum

It works perfectly. Just bought a 1.6mm drill bit and used the old gobo for a jog.
