Everything work (all channel 16 ) but everytime i do connect the usb dongle the light goes off? i can pan + tilt etc... but no light what could it be? Th unit works fine in music mode and i do use the 16 channel mode...

What light on the USB dongle goes off? What color is it?

it was on a Elation 1024 EC but no color at all the shutter stay off and i think the light too :-(

The interface (dongle) is not being detected by the program? Does the progrma say in red letters 1sl1024ec when you start it?

That would be something for you to check out on the fixture itself. The profile is exactly how the dmx traits are in the manual you gave me. There is not any dmx value for lamp on...

Ok... what dmx adress do i have to assign if i got 4 ACME moving head??? 1-17-33-49...

When you patch them into the progrma you want to set your starting address. If these are your only fixtures then you can start at 1. The progrma will ask you how many fixtures, you can put in 4 and the program will let you know the address of each individual fixture. Simply double click the page in the pages tab and it will expand and show you all of the starting addresses of the 4 fixtures. but your math sounds right in your post. 1,17,33,49.

Ok... i finally found why the lamp does'nt turn on the pdf file that i sent you was wrong :-( here's the real channel 1- Pan 2- Tilt 3- Pan/tilt speed 4- Dimmer 5- Shutter the rest is the same as the pdf file
