The Builder was included on the program disk. I had not installed it when I asked the question.

You can download it straight from the developers website, https://www.visualproductions....ntertainment/cuelux/
it is in the links at the bottom of the web page. "Builder" is what you want.
You could also grab the CueLux software as it is the emulation program just without the Elation branding on it, it will still work with your USB DMX CueCable.
