platinum 5r spot tilt error

I have one 5r spot that I get the tilt error code When its homes .Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it ?

There are a couple things to check when it comes to getting a tilt error.

Make sure that the wire harness coming from the board to the Optical Sensor/ Magnetic Sensor/ Motor all have continuity.

Make sure that the decoder wheel is lined up in the center of the Optical Sensor.

Clear any debris (Belt/ Dust) in the decoder wheel.
