We have in our church a art ssc control with the software. I the middle of the praise songs the light went on the lose and after 20 seconds everything went black. 700 people in the dark.
the powerled of de art ssc contoller was off. The adapter was stil delivering 9 volt.
What went wrong...... i dont know i think that something inside the contoller snapped. The contoller is 1.5 years old and is only being used on the sundays.
Around 65 times. Its been used.
I hoped-for that the lifetime is much longer ..... and now where 2 days for Christmas and we dont have a controller! Can elation from the Netherlands help me? Do they have a solution? I dont have a buy ticket when i bought the controller..... i live near rotterdam in the Netherlands.
