Thank you for the profile. I thought it might fix my problem but, alas, no luck. I have just received my new SD2 and am trying to set it up with my fixtures. I chose the profile you sent in "choose fixtures" for one fixture. I selected fixture 1 from the fixture buttons and tried to adjust the RGBW and master fader channels but nothing happens. It looks like no DMX data is going to the fixture because the address display on the fixture blinks until it gets any data, and keeps blinking. Can you think of anything I forgot to do?
Make sure the DMX polarity buttons are set to the right as you look at the back, sometimes those get switched by mistake. That's if the blinking applies to any signal coming to the light. If the blinking applies to a signal addressed to the light, make sure the light's DMX address matches the settings on the sd2.
