Protron Eclypse on GrandMA 3

Hello, My company just purchased a number of the Protron Eclypse fixtures for our main ballroom. We are running a GrandMA 3 console with the latest software version. I have patched the Eclypse in and have tried Mode 1. However, I cannot control it as I would expect. I have no intensity control, the color control is on the RGBW1, and just generally not responding properly. As soon as I plug in DMX, it comes on to full with RGB (no W). If I set it to RGBW-16bit Mode, it responds just fine. I have tried other modes and have the same problems with control. Am I missing something? I am pretty experienced on the GrandMA line, so I know how to patch and everything. Oh, I did try it in GrandMA 2 software on the console but have the same results. I also tried writing my own profile from scratch in MA3, but still the same issues. Anyone else have any issues like this with the Protron Eclypse and know a solution? Any help would be appreciated. Hi, can you try mode 4 instead and then re-test it? Mode 1 is a bit basic.
