Just added some LED pars, and the SD2 went to ROM Empty, Reload Memory. We didn't touch anything or take out the memory card. Previously worked great. Now nothing. Please help. Thank you.

You will have to reload the program memory either from the serial port or the SD card if yours has that feature. See the instructions on what to do.
Would that be to take the SD card out, put it back in and then follow the instructions in the manual? We tried that and it didn’t change anything. Is there a different procedure? Thanks you again for responding. Not really tech savvy, so any help is very appreciated.

There should be instructions in the manual on how do copy the program file onto a card and then install it. You can get the program file here https://www.elationlighting.com/show-designer-2cf
If I recall, you will have to rename the file to something like “auto load” and then power on the sd2 in boot mode. Check the instructions to confirm.
I checked the manual. You rename the program file to “autoload.txt”, put it on the sd card and then power up the sd2 with the card in the slot.
How do I do that? Edit the card? I’m not very computer savvy…sorry
