Seven Batten "Demo" Mode

We're going to be using the new MaestroDMX lighting controller for our small rig, which consists of FOUR Seven Batten 14's and ONE Seven Batten 42.

I have ZERO DMX skills, and I'd like to know if anyone has the secret to putting my Battens into some sort of "Demo" mode which will run through all of the features just so I can see what they can do.
