Sniper 2R Firmware Upgrade

Can anyone tell me where to get my hands on an ACME IU-02 software upgrader? I'm trying to update the firmware on my Sniper 2R's (all different versions) and can't find this tool online, anywhere. Elation sent me the firmware files and instructions; which included using this device to update them. Thanks for any help!

that's who I emailed. Alex Vasquez replied "Please see link https://forums.elationlighting.com/ this is where to get or request software and other Elation related needs." I'm not sure how posting in a forum is more advantageous, but I followed his recommendation.
