USB Drivers for Windows 10

I have a new laptop with windows 10. I use the CompuShow SD (White interphase). When I load the Compulive software is get 2 USB error messages. The software loads normally but my when I open the software it does not recognize the interphase and opens in the demo mode. Interphase says "OFF" and yellow light flashes. I'm suspecting I have USB driver issues. Thanks
