adding fixtures

Which fixtures are these?

They are g-lites 575s, 18 channel.

i cant find any premade profiles for these fixtures. can u send me a DMX trait sheet PDF? My Email is james k At Elation Lighting DOT COM

i got the profile, now how do i use it on the software? Im fairly new with the software.

download the file to your desktop. Then open your C;Drive then find the SL2006 folder. now open the folder and you will see a scan library folder. open that. now re is no G-lites folder in the software so for now you can simply select the generic folder and place your file in there. now once you have that done open your software. find the "Pages" tab and select new page. select the scan library wizard and hit the upper "Explore" button. find the generic folder and open that and then find the profile i sent you. Next you have to address the fixture. you will want this to match the address you have set that fixture too. so make sure you do that. now basically all you have to do is keep hitting "Next" till it says "Finish" once you hit finish..... have fun your fixture is now loaded into the software. ok so now i cant get any fixtures to work using the software. when i make a page for any fixture, nothing will happen. What could be the problem?
