Elation tech support supplied me with the windows xp drivers to jump my first hurdle with my new AR32 however, the software help section and the instruction manual is missing several key pieces of information preventing me from finishing my install. For example: The indicator lights on the keypad exibit strange flashing paterns when the usb cable is plugged into my PC and when the DMX in cable is plugged in. Or, the auto light glows red and the page 1 and show 1 glow blue. It looks like the unit "locks up" but because the manual doesn't tell you what is a "normal" keypad display durring programming and the preview window in the software is blank. I'm using Chauvet showxpress software to program the sceenes to record. Showxpress saves stored sceenes in the "scn" format. Can I just copy those scn files directly into the recorder? I tried that but, when I try to record, the AR32 software just stalls and forces me to manually stop the recording. 2 more questions. What is the "RGB point" and what is "low cut"?
