In This forum you can discuss tips, tricks, and troubleshooting for Elation's Next Generation Compu Live software, "Compu Show".

Hi,

I create a new scene for a Chauvet Wave and add all channels to the easy step.

On
Step 1 - Channel 1 is DMX 0
Step 2 - Channel 1 is DMX 255

If I use the arrow keys on the keyboard to switch between steps a few times, on step 2, Channel 1 gets reset to 0.

If I use the mouse to switch steps, I do not encounter the problem.

Also, I have not been able to re-create this problem with Channel 1 on any other fixture.

I have run into a lot of problems trying to perform screen recording on my PC, so I can't take a video. However, the problem is much simpler than I originally described.

To re-create the problem:

1. Create an empty scene for the wave fixture.
2. Assign channel 1 to the easy step control
3. Select a DMX value for channel 1
4. Click mouse on step 1 in EasyStep window
5. press up arrow on the keyboard.

The DMX value for channel 1 is now gone
