I have a spot that turns like it is working but light shows. We put a ohms detector to it and the light bulb is good, but when we ohm the socket - it has no reading. What do I need to do to fix?

When you say you ohm the socket, did you go from one post to the ignitor or from post to post? if post to post that will not work. start from the bottom and work your way up. check the ballast first, inspect the wiring then inspect the igintor. also try swaping the lamp too.
