DP-415 Problem

I'm using two DP-415 dimmer packs with the FC-400 4 Channel DMX Foot Controller. With two banks of 4 wash lights on each, in line.

The light bank on the first dimmer pack in line suddenly stopped working on all 4 wash lights in that bank. However the power and all the signal lights on the dimmer pack are functioning as normal. Including the signal lights moving correctly with the music.
It has no effect on the second dimmer pack and light bank in line as they are functioning normally.
I have two additional DP-415 dimmer packs that I use for another setup, switched packs and it now functions normally. So, my question is: Do you know what might be causing this?
Or is this something that will require taking or sending the unit somewhere for repair and if so where should I send it?
