Hello,
I have not used my dongle since upgrading computers and to Windows 7. I downloaded Compu Show on Elation’s website with the release date of 6/7/11, but cannot find the drivers to make my dongle be recognized. I downloaded a file that was called “all drivers” which I believe should make it recognize but do not know where to put the file?

If your Windows 7 install is 64 bit it will not work. The 1024ec and 2048fc are 32 bit OS only. So let me know if your new Windows computer is 32 or 64 bit.

It is 64 bit. If using another computer is not an option, would getting a copy of 32 bit Windows be the easiest thing to do?

You'd have to consult a computer specialist. I think it maybe possible to reinstall it as 32. But I'm not sure.
