I have a t20f and want to use it with a software controller. I have software and a USB/DMX interface. Things don't work although everything in software looks good. Can the T20F be used as a standard DMX 4 channel Dimmer pack? If so what do I need to do? Do I need a terminator?

It can. My interface was a home brewed one and I had miss wired it. Works great. I built a USB/DMX interface for $10
