I have a bunch of old Platinum Spot LED Pro II fixtures that I am trying to fix up, a number of them have similar issues and a couple of them have unique issues. I will detail below, and if anyone on here can assist, that would be amazing.
Dimmer Issue: A couple of differing issues here. First issue, the dimmer PCB will not output any voltage the LED, but when putting the dimmer into a working fixture, the dimmer outputs perfectly fine, its as if something within the faulty fixture is causing the dimmer PCB's not to output any voltage.
Second issue, the dimmer outputs fully, but it is causing other motors to "twitch" and the LED module is flickering slightly. Again, for both issues mentioned above, I have changed all PCB's to ones from a working fixture, and have had no luck in finding the faults.
Position issue: A couple of issues again. First issue is the panning won't register the magnet, and the light keeps panning and crashing into itself on startup, then eventually gives an error. I have changed the sensor, but this has not helped.
Second issue, panning on startup is fine, but upon using the pan function manually OR with DMX control, it will slowly move in small intervals, rather than rotate smoothly and quickly.
If anyone can help, I would appreciate it a hell of a lot.
