Opto Branch 6 RJ45 (Discontinued) Tech Question

I am having an issue getting a new network (Artnet/sACN/RDM to DMX) ethernet interface ouput to play nicely with our installed Opto Branch 6. DMX signal to the unit is intermittent and sometimes non-existent even though the controller software (Lightkey) and the interface box show consistent and expected DMX output. I am working through verifying the pinouts (3pin to RJ45 on Cat5 adaptor) at the output side of the box but I have also come across the possibility of setting a DMX frame rate parameter in the interface box app. The options are 25Hz, 30Hz and 35Hz. Before I go through a complete experiment to figure out what is ideal I am hoping that you can give me an idea of what frame rate is best into the Opto Branch 6. Any pin out or other troubleshooting tips are also appreciated.

Hi, i would try turning the terminate to on or off depending on where it currently is at and also try turning off RDM to see if that helps with these issues before adjusting the framerate of the DMX signal.
