Emulation Pro and Midicon

Is there a way to change the button assingments for the midicon in the Emulation Pro software?

i believe you can make a new midi map or also there is a midi learn feature but i havent spent much time doing either. I use it with the standard midi map and a novation launchpad MK2 as a 2nd midi controller and can do most things with just those

Is there a program or something to change the midi mapping? Some of the buttons on the midicon using the "stock map" are not correct.
