File error when loading

Hello,

Joel

has sent me the fixture for my moving head and I tried to load it and it worked until it was written file sent on the screen display then nothing else so I switch it off and I couldn't find the fixture added in the fixture menu
Then I tried to re load it but it says file error
Any help please

Anthony, Joel is no longer able to post on the forums. However if you would like to give ADJ support a call as ADJ supports the Magic 260 they will be happy to assist you. I am trying to get another one of our tech guys to post a reply to you here though.

make sure that you are setting the datawheel to LOAD FIXTURE FILE... Also make sure to put the stick end of the ULINK cable in your laptop in order to load the fixture file correctly.
