GOBO text horizontal

You need to use the gobo "INDEX" channel to straighten out your image. in the gobo section on the programmer side of Emulation find the index fader and adjust it as you need.

But i thought also that this should be the solution, but nothing is changing when i moving by scrolling the menu.
The rotation button is on 0, after this nothing seems to happen.

The guys from ADJ in the Netherlands called me today (i bought the vizispot by them directly).
They want to know how happy i was with my new vizispot.

I told them the problem, and they mentioned the same. But it still don't work.

Please help me on with this.

Which exact model vizi spot do you have? post a link to the product page if you can. I will also check the profile.

Well I looked at my copy of the profile and the gobo rotation functions looked good. But perhaps there was a profile bug in the version you have.
You can download the latest AmericanDJ.xml here: http://db.tt/GBYh1zR
and simply replace it in the manufacturer folder. ok? Let me know how it works.

It will not change and rotate a bit.

I placed the document you send me as a link, I updated the 1.03.29 version.
but nothing will help me to get the text horizontal. It's real strange.

It has nothing to do that the software is playing on XP or...

Can you try it on a different controller? Like a hardware controller? Or can you tell me what dmx values are being sent when you move the index fader in emulation. you can find this out by going to options and selecting the dmx monitor.

If this problem still persist on a different controller it would be a service issue for the vizi spot 5R with ADJ.

Sorry for the late reaction, but i'm now building up a exhibition stand with this problem in my system. I had to go on.

I don't have an other system to try out. So I think maybe ADJ have to look for it. I don't now what else I can try out on this issue.

Does the gobo rotate at all on your units? or do they just have a problem indexing?

When the UNIT is pointing to the ceiling, i can rotate the text to a good position, but when i move to the wall and the unit is horizontal the gobo itself can't move.

Can you open up the head and take a look at the retainer rings in the gobo holder? Sounds like one could be loose.
If you need help doing this or you find that the retainer rings are fine then we suggest to call EU office Service for ADJ or if you wish you can call the USA office during normal operating hours in Los Angeles Pacific Standard USA time.

Sorry, but we are now on a exhibition, and it's running the hole day, so i have no time to change stuff. My first schedule to do this is between the 1st of february and the 12 th of feb.
