No DMX signal?

I have a DP-415, just sliced through the tape on the box.

It turns on when plugged into the wall, but I have the DIP switches set to "1", with the DMXIS control panel configured appropriately, and the "DMX" signal present light on the 415 isn't lighting up.

I have a number of other DMX lights, and they're all working OK, just the 415 isn't showing a DMX signal based on it's indicator.

Any thoughts? Questions?
