One Fader turns on more then it should

We have a SS48 and recently replaced a couple FOH’s. One thing led to another and short story one fader is turning on more than one fixture. Even does it when it is the only fixture plugged into a dimmer pack.

is it possible duplicate addresses are in use on the specific dimmers?
I really don't see a way the SS48 would cause this, it seems more like a piece of equipment further down the line is the cause.
