Opti RGB Blue LEDs not working

Hi all. I'm new here and am trying to learn how to troubleshoot and repair lighting for my church.

Currently I have the problem of two of our Opti RGBs having the same problem: all of the blue LEDs do not light up. Since they are all not working, I figure it's a signal problem, not a bulb problem, but I know my DMX is good and the board is good. I use a SmartFade ML.

Anybody have any ideas on what the problem is and what a DIY fix might be? Thanks in advance!
