Platinum Spot 5R Pro - Pan Motion Slow Jerk

Instead of smoothly going to the commanded position occasionally the Pan motor moves in sharp jerks a few degrees at a time in the correct direction. Pan belt looks good. No error messages. DMX input remains static. Unit seems to recover when the pan motor gets to the desired position.

Any ideas?

greetings, could be the main board or sensor (optical/magnetic) inspect the board first and look for any damage. if ok reseat all the connectors and recheck. please note we discontinued parts and support for the original 5R spots
