Problem during motor reset

When starting up my elation fuze wash z120 fixture it gets stuck in a pan, has a lot of noise and is not controllable.

It does this most times (not all the time) and it doesn't matter if it is connected to dmx or not.

I took it to service but they could not help.

What to do? Does anyone hva experience with this problem. My fixture has had it since it was new...
