PSpot 5r Issues

I am having a problem with my PS 5r.
It is powering up and the fans come on. But no display or movement on the fixture. The display does come on after holding down the DC switch on the display panel. There is no resistance with the pan and tilt, no bulb, no dmx or on board control.
