Scene Setter 24 - Factory default programs

All the programs that were installed on my Scene Setter 24 have been erased. Is there a download or a program sheet that I can get the factory preset programs back?

I don't need the instructions on resetting the password, I have that information already.

Hello Reverbbb,
this unit does not come with factory programs. you will have to manually program all scenes into the controller.

Well, the owners manual and a Youtube training video both mention "presets" are assigned to Page One. Someone has erased all the programs.

did you tap on 6,6,8,8 while holding down record? that bring up the presets
