Show Designer 1 - Not operating | Elation Lighting Forums

Hi,

I recently got back to my Winter job and found that our Show Designer 1 is inoperative. When I tried to turn the power switch on or off the blue LCD screen flashes for a second then goes blank. Nothing is operative on the board, no lights (LED) or anything.

Is there a method of restoring to factory? Or is this a failure that needs a factory repair (RMA)? How do I contact Elation for an RMA ans shipping instructions?
