To whom it may concern:

Jeffrey W Pardee helped us several months ago( read his email at the bottom). We also need copies of the latest compu-show software and the new Geyser profile ( we noticed it was provided to someone else on the forum )

The following email was sent to Jeffrey W Pardee last Saturday,... not sure if he's still employed with your company so I thought I would try asking my questions here on the forum:

We want to try the procedure mentioned below (using the video timeline for our videos).
but when we try we don't get the video on the secondary monitor, only audio. I have the secondary
monitor set up in the starting parameters and I can tell it's playing on the secondary monitor is just seems like something is "in the way".

We also need the latest software package for compu-live (I can't find the one Jeff sent me earlier).

We also need a setup file for the new Chaveut geyser.

I really appreciate your time and efforts.

Subject: RE: Video trouble

Did you open the video files inside of the Easy Show program into a media
file or a "bin"? Then dragged the file to the time line of the show?
Media Center or Media player should NOT be opening the file at all it is
not going to full screen because media player is opening the file and not
the Easy Show program.

Try this:

Move the media files into the SL2006 folder. Inside that file is
"Multimedia_data" folder. Place ALL of your media content into there
Then, once that is done, open up the Easy Show. Clear out ALL of your
video cues and start from scratch.
Once the video cues are clear, you will see "BIN 1" to the left side of the
screen, just under "new and open" right click on it, there is an option to
"create new bin" Do this....Label it Video once done, right click on the
new video bin you created...and IMPORT all of your video files into
there...should default into the media folder so it should be quick to find
the videos you moved earlier.
Once all of your video content is loaded into that bin... drag each one,
one and a time, down onto the video time line at the bottom of the screen.
Now, when you play the files, you will see them full screen on the external
TV

This is the only way to get the videos to play full screen using Compu
program without an external media program. If you are still having issues
after you have done all of this, then the only thing you can do from this
point is to use an external media program that can be triggered by a DMX
program. One such program is Media Master (you can check it out on our
website) that will give you an idea of what you are looking for if the
above steps don't work for you. I hope this helps you out Tom. Have a
great day
