Weird memory loss

I have a SD3 version 1.15 M3

last week I was programming a scene and my whole board went blank. lost all lighting profiles. all dmx address, all chases, all scenes.. everything was lost.. I am glad i made a hand written dmx address which i had to put in after i reloaded the fixture profiles off my CF card.. I now have good saved backups to CF.. I hope this was a one time freaky thing..

has this happened to anyone else on their SD3?
and if this does happen should I send my console to the factory for warranty
