Ypoc 575 problems

Hi to you all,

this is my first posting in this forum
I'm a newbie with the emulation software and the controller

my question: I'm not able to light the bulb of the ypoc 575 from the controller/software.

can anybody give me some help what to do?

make shure the fixture is set to lamp on with DMX .Lamp settings. if this is not set to on the lamp will not strike from console

Hello Gaby,
double check that you have the lamp on function enabled for DMX. Some lights default is set to not Lamp On/Off via DMX. This function is so that you do not turn off or cycle the fixture mid show. If your settings are set for DMX enabled and you are still having issues, feel free to email me at (jeffreyp@elationlighting.com) and i will walk you through a few other options
