I have 4 Focus Spot 250r's. They are all set to fire upon power-up. They have all worked fine for years. Last week, 1 of the 4 didn't light up. The head moved with the DMX control, there was just no light coming from the fixture... I put in a brand new bulb (thinking I blew the old bulb), but still nothing... Any suggestions how I can get this unit to fire the bulb ? Are the ballast and igniter user-replaceable parts ? (these fixtures are from 2008)...

first check and see if the thermostat has continuity. also its a good idea to remove all the covers and perform a visual inspection. check to see if anything looks loose or perhaps damaged.
I am having a problem with my Spot 250 Bulb..One of the lights is considerably dimmer than the other. I'm not sure what's causing this, and I'm afraid to take the light apart to check things out. Also, it was very out of focus, and changing the level of the focus channel did nothing whatsoever. Any ideas what's going on here?
Check to see if your focus lens is turning brown. I know the design spots 250s have none uv stable lens and they turn brown at about 1/3 of the lamp life.
