My visualizer wont load correctly. When i launch the 3d, it just hangs on its initial loading screen.

which version of the software are you running? for example the screen that gets stuck. what date does it say? Let me know.

i just installed the sept 2009 versions for both compu and magic 3d before posting this problem. thanks jingles
If you are using compu live you do not need to download the magic 3D easy view software. the 3D comes built into the compu live software. so which 3d program are you launching? The one in compu? or the magic 3D program you downloaded outside of compu? Let me know.

Ya the magic 3d progrma won't synch up with compu if your not running the one from inside the program. Try this. Sabe your work files. uninstall compu. delete the SL2006 folder and restart your pc then re install. That might clear up any issues. Also make sure you extract the .exe file from the .zip folder before you run the installer, when you download the compu software from our website.
