5r spot will not strike

i'm renting/demo-ing 4 platinum 5r(standards) and cannot get them to work.

I can grab them and move them but i cannot get the lamp to strike. manually or via DMX. they appear to strike briefly but never fully.

one did strike manually but then would not 'open' as directed by the console. Console i'm using is the HES Road Hog...

Any thoughts? Need help pretty quick?

Sorry for the delay Fitz,
verify that the 5r's are set to external strike...However, even with that, it sounds like (by how you are describing its actions from the controler) the profile inside the Hog is not correct. The strike command via DMX is an instant command (so you do not have to hold for 3-5sec) But, if you are having the same issue as well in manual strike, it sounds like the lights need to be serviced.
