How are you? I don't believe it is going to be an issue with the AR-32P. Can you tell me what version of the software you are using? Also are you sure it's not that the off button may be stuck? There is only one PCB on the inside of this wall mount. If you feel comfortable enough to remove the screws and open it up just to see if that tact switch is not stuck. I would try this out first and see if it just not stuck. These AR-32 wall mounts have been discontinued for some time and I've never heard of this particular issue before. Let me know, if not you can always send it in and we can take a look at it here. If you would like to send it in we would need to issue you a Return Authorization #.
