c 4 extended... number of DMX pixel and universe

We are using dmx512 format we need 1920 dmx channel not spi.   our ic usesUCS512B3 protocol

The Digidot exgtended states that it can have two dmx universe max .. but up to 8 spi..  However can use daisy chain two extended to get 4 dmx universe?

Yes.. I called and you informed me that it can be expanded to 4 dmx universe 512 with daisy chain C4 extended..  However.. I  ordered another unit from B&H photo but was informed later that it was cancelled because product has been discontinued and no longer available.... can you shed some light into this?

I am trying to buy  another digidot c4 extended but can not... can you tell me why it  saids discontinued? is  this back ordered or only for the US market?
