Chase Speed To Fader?

Is there a way to assign the speed for a single chase to a fader instead of having to globally control chase speeds using tempo and tap?

If not to a fader, is there a way to control specific chases speed on the fly?

If it makes a difference in offering help on this I am running emulation on a windows 7 pc with midicon as my controller.
