I have the profile loaded but I can't quite figure out how to get the fixture to strobe or strobe in sound mode with a selected color or even just strobing at all. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

What channel mode are you using?
ARC 1+D
Arc 1+D only has dimmer and red, green and blue control channels. There is no strobe or sound active mode.

I am not in front of them at the moment or at the computer but I can tell u that in stand alone mode it does strobes in the selected color. On the software itself it does give me one more option that occupies more channels.
I'm just saying I looked at the colorbatten RGB and the colorbatten Tri manuals at the Arc 1+D DMX charts and for neither of those fixtures was there a sound active trait or strobe. So, when you can confirm what you have and what channel mode or simply link me to the product page I can correct any profile errors if they exist. Thanks.
