Color strip not dimming

Anyone have experience with Chauvet Color Strips? We have found that in RGB mode it presents a flicker for our cameras. So we switched to using the color modes which gives a solid color but it seems that it cannot be dimmed. In Elation we have a master dimmer on the master page and it will dim everything EXCEPT our 2 darn color strips when they are on a color mode.

If you are in static color mode then sorry the fixtures no longer have a dimmer intensity channel.
